MEOLBWA RVC Voice Conversion Model Common Terms of Use

1. Copyright and related rights in this product belong to the seller, and the purchaser is granted only a right to use the product within the scope permitted by these Terms.
2. This product may be used only by the purchaser personally, or by the owner of the account that purchased it.
3. Transferring, sharing, lending, reselling, or redistributing to any third party the model files, configuration files, training outputs, sample data, archive files, or other included files in this product is prohibited.
4. Sharing the files with family, friends, acquaintances, communities, companies, teams, clients, or any other third party is also prohibited.
5. Uploading or sharing the product files through cloud storage, file sharing services, Discord, Google Drive, GitHub, torrents, community posts, or similar means is prohibited.

1. The Personal License is intended for the purchaser's own non-commercial use.
2. The Personal License may be used for personal videos, songs, recordings, real-time voice conversion, VRChat, Discord, hobby activities, and similar uses.
3. Using the Personal License for monetized content, paid commissions, advertising, sponsorships, memberships, paid broadcasts, content for sale, company or organization projects, or similar uses is prohibited.
4. If commercial use is required, a Commercial License must be purchased.

1. If a Commercial License has been purchased, the product may be used for the purchaser's own monetized content, paid videos, broadcasts, songs, voice content, VRChat activities, and other creative works.
2. The Commercial License does not include the right to sell, transfer, share, or deliver the model files themselves.
3. When used for commissioned or outsourced work, the final outputs such as videos, voices, songs, and recordings may be delivered, but delivering the model files themselves to the client is prohibited.
4. If a company, team, organization, or multiple people use the product together, a separate license must be purchased for each user.
5. Even with a Commercial License, creating and selling new voice models, datasets, derivative models, or voice conversion products for sale based on this product is prohibited.

1. Modifying, converting, retraining, merging, extracting, or reverse engineering the product's model files and redistributing or selling them as a separate model or dataset is prohibited.
2. Using this product to create other AI models, voice models, voice datasets, or training data is prohibited.
3. Using this product to impersonate or deceive others by imitating real persons, third parties, celebrities, acquaintances, voice actors, broadcasters, streamers, VTubers, or similar persons is prohibited.
4. When necessary, you must disclose that audio generated using this product is not your actual voice.
5. Use for purposes that may harm others, including fraud, threats, defamation, spreading false information, voice phishing, spam, impersonation, and privacy violations, is prohibited.
6. Use for politics, religion, hatred, discrimination, incitement, illegal acts, criminal acts, or acts contrary to public order and morals is prohibited.
7. Use for inappropriate content involving minors, non-consensual sexual content, harassment, insults, threats, stalking, or invasion of privacy is prohibited.
8. Outputs created using this product must not infringe any third party's rights, reputation, portrait rights, voice rights, copyrights, personal information, or other legal rights.
9. The product may not be used in any way that violates the BOOTH Terms of Use, pixiv-related terms, platform rules, or applicable laws of the purchaser's country of residence.

1. The purchaser may use audio outputs generated with this product within the scope of these Terms.
2. However, if a generated output violates these Terms, applicable laws, or platform rules, the seller does not permit that use.
3. The purchaser is responsible for all consequences arising from posting, distributing, monetizing, or publicly releasing audio outputs generated with this product.
4. Using this product while hiding that fact in order to deceive others, or in a way that may cause others to mistake the output for a real person's statement, is prohibited.

1. Due to the nature of digital download products, refunds are not available after purchase and download for reasons such as change of mind, user environment issues, lack of understanding of how to use the product, or the voice differing from expectations.
2. If a clear issue on the seller's side is confirmed, such as file errors, missing files, or download problems, the seller may provide corrected files or re-download guidance to the extent possible.
3. The seller is not responsible for installation or usage problems involving external programs such as RVC software, virtual audio devices, microphone settings, VRChat, Discord, or recording software.
4. The quality of results may vary depending on the user's equipment, microphone, pronunciation, intonation, recording environment, and RVC settings.
5. Even if the product does not work properly in the purchaser's environment, this is not grounds for a refund unless there is a problem with the product files themselves.

1. The seller is not responsible for account suspensions, platform sanctions, legal disputes, financial losses, reputational damage, disputes with third parties, or other disadvantages arising from use of this product.
2. The purchaser must use this product at their own responsibility, and all legal and moral responsibility arising during use belongs to the purchaser.
3. The seller does not guarantee that this product will necessarily satisfy the purchaser's specific purpose, usage environment, voice quality expectations, or commercial results.
4. The content, price, included files, and Terms of this product may be changed without prior notice as necessary. When the Terms are changed, the changed Terms apply to products purchased or downloaded after the date of change. Changes that are disadvantageous to existing purchasers will not apply retroactively, and existing purchasers retain the basic scope of use under the Terms that applied at the time of purchase.

1. If the purchaser violates these Terms, the seller may refuse further support.
2. The seller is not responsible for problems arising from violations of these Terms and may, if necessary, report the matter to the platform, request usage restrictions, or take legal action.
3. If unauthorized sharing, resale, redistribution, or illegal uploading of this product is confirmed, the seller may request that the act stop and may claim damages.

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using this data, the purchaser is deemed to have agreed to these Terms of Use.
